‘PERCEPTION IS EVERYTHING – THE FACTS COME LATER.’

We’re great believers in the ‘C’ word…or words to be more precise.

Communications that are creative, clear, concise, correct and consistent – always providing the right content in the right context – applied the right way to deliver the outcome that is right for you.

There’s an adage ‘It’s not what you say, it’s the way that you say it ’– we beg to differ.

Working with you

‘The facts are the facts – it’s only the interpretation of the facts that can be influenced – either positively or negatively.’

Credible, effective and regular communication is vital. It’s not enough just to be heard – you need your stakeholders to truly listen and engage with what you have to say, what you want to achieve and – most importantly – understand what’s in it for them?

Working in partnership with you, we craft structured communications that resonate with your customers and differentiate you from your competitors. What you say is as important as what you do and the right words make all the difference.

By understanding your objectives we shape the communication solutions in the right tone to get the right reaction and the right results. Time is of the essence – you’re competing to be heard – you need to grab the attention of your audience right across the writing spectrum – get them hooked and reel them in.

With more than half-a-century of combined experience in corporate PR, media relations, internal communications, public affairs and mainstream journalism (online, broadcast and print) we’re here to ensure you connect with your various audiences in the right way at the right time.

Our network of UK-based associates include corporate communications experts, ex-BBC, ITV and LBC broadcasters, website design and graphics agencies, online blogs, commercial and press photographers, media training specialists, voiceover artists – in fact just about everything you could ever need to get the job done, the right way.

We’ve worked across a myriad of different sectors and topics as authors, advisers, concept creators, consultants and hands-on practitioners including: automotive, charities, design, education and childcare, energy, food and drink, healthcare, leisure, logistics, manufacturing, press and media, professional services, recruitment, sports (football, cricket and golf), travel and transport, telecoms and utilities. We’ve also written successful corporate business and industry award entries, along with citations, resulting in individual honours.

Of recent times we’ve developed a strong focus on writing books, debuting with, ‘The Man Who Never Sleeps’ – the inspirational autobiography of a man who rose from abject poverty to help revolutionise the UK newspaper industry, before being the catalyst to raising millions of pounds to deliver positive change in the lives of tens of thousands of mentally, physically and socially disadvantaged children.

The Sunday Times described the book as, ‘...an engaging read with great drama and detail.’  Earning a 4.6 rating Amazon rating.

At the present time we have two other books as work in progress – both of which are football focused. One is a collaboration with an outspoken owner and chairman of an EFL club, the other is the autobiography of a former Chief Operating Officer at an elite Premier League club.

Delving into the football world dovetails nicely with the Read But Never Red https://www.readbutneverred.com/ Manchester City blog, which David has written for more than 10 years.
